This palletizing production line is suitable for palletizing dry products from simple block production lines. It belongs to a semi-automatic palletizing production line, usually set up independently near the product curing yard. After the products are cured, they can be palletized on-site, or it can be connected to the block production line to implement online palletizing.
This automatic palletizing system can separate and sort different specifications of blocks produced by various models of brick-making machines, arranging them into stacks measuring 1000-1200 mm wide. Standard solid bricks can be stacked up to 12 layers high. After stacking, the blocks can be wrapped in stretch film for packaging. With a forklift clamp, pallets are not needed, and the blocks can be directly clamped and stacked on-site, allowing for three layers of stacking height.
The entire system uses PLC plus touchscreen control, requiring only one person to operate. The daily production capacity is approximately 3,800 boards per shift. This can significantly reduce labor costs.
